Service Description
Reformer PT by appointment is popular - I am happy to train two at a time and split the price! A perfect place to come to if you want to exercise with your partner or a friend. I aim to deliver a great service and give you the results you deserve. If you are training with me 1:1 Initially, we can do a Postural Analysis to assess the best way to work on the Reformer and resolve your specific problem areas. If I am working with an injury or perhaps a back issue, I can give you prescriptive exercises to do at home between sessions. All levels are welcome. Beginners all the way through to advanced. One Session £60.00 Ten Sessions £550.00
